Re: How long does it take for your hair to naturally air-dry?
Mine depends on what I plan on doing with it, whether damp buns/braids, fully drying before putting it up, weather conditions, location I'm at while it dries, etc. I'd say somewhere between 1-3 hours. That's a rough guess though.
This thread was of similar ilk.

Two hours gets me to everything-but-the-nape dry.
Re: How long does it take for your hair to naturally air-dry?
I try to wash at night and it's dry by the morning, but when I occassionally wash and dry in the day I'd say about 4 hours, more if it's cold weather.
Re: How long does it take for your hair to naturally air-dry?
I voted 2-3 even though it can sometimes take longer. It really depends on how much water is absorbed by the towel before I take it off. And humidity...humid days mean a longer drying time. :(
Re: How long does it take for your hair to naturally air-dry?
It takes me between 2 to 3 hours, depending on the weather outside and the current moisture content of my hair. If my hair is dry, than it dries faster.
Re: How long does it take for your hair to naturally air-dry?
If I don't touch it at all it takes between 4 and 5 hours.
Re: How long does it take for your hair to naturally air-dry?
I picked over 5 hours because its taking 6-7 hours at the moment for my hair to dry, its winter here at the moment and it takes forever, especially if its raining out! In summer if I'm outside it can dry in as little as 1-2 hours which I love, can't wait for summer :p

Loose, it will take around 4 hours to fully dry.

Isn't there already a thread on this?
Mine takes all day to dry, so way more than 5 hours. :wail:
