Hello!

Thank you for hosting the THC site and to Members for sharing their experiences.

Found myself with some extra leisure time a couple of weeks ago and a craving for a new hobby. Something outside my norm.

You guessed it! Hair Care!!

Been reading the boards for a week plus now and was inspired to join after I successfully styled my first Cinnabun.

My dad and I joined this forum. He is trying to teach me how to take care of my hair. I am 10 years old. We have typed my hair as 3B/m/ii but we are not so sure. My hair is about waist length when dry, but much longer when it is wet. We are looking for help with my routine. I condition only on a daily basis (except on swim days). I don't use shampoo. My dad trims it about an inch once every two months. I have a few flyaways and I'd like to stop more from happening.

The sight is so vast, I have better luck doing google searches with long hair forum in the search line. Does anyone know of a link to routine methods that will help someone like us? My daughter is blonde and about a 3a or 3b. Thanks.
