Ah Viki, I'm so glad somebody is giving that turtle a loving home - I thought it was gorgeous but it's totally not my personal style to wear. To me it has a great almost Native American-style vibe going on (they even have a Turtle myth).

Action shot in a messy bun! I love the green against my hair, and it's such a pretty stick! It's also my first Ketylo, and it's kind of making me want to get more of those, too. It's a very comfortable stick, since I can make a firm bun without having to fasten it really tightly.

Wow, that got to you *fast*. And it looks gorgeous in your hair. You're right, the green does stand out, in a very good way.

I also like it because my old roommate and close friend really likes turtles. That was kind of our thing - I was into frogs, and she was into turtles. She moved away though, and we haven't kept in very great touch.Thank you! Quote:
![]() ETA: Oh, and I really wanted that Garden Gate clasp, too, but my budget wouldn't allow it. It's sooo pretty, though. ETA2: Ooh, it almost got here! I missed the delivery guy. Now I have to wait til tomorrow. But man, that was fast! *excited* Last edited by SimplyViki; November 5th, 2009 at 12:45 PM. |

Stuff flies so fast out of Nightblooming's shop, I have to go through her "Sold Items" just to see everything.. and I check her store often!
These two beauties caught my eye, check out the color schemes in these babies: http://www.etsy.com/view_transaction...on_id=20677105 and oh, I could so see this in my collection: http://www.etsy.com/view_transaction...on_id=20569602 |
