Scrunchie picture thread

I love them and use them all the time regardless of public opinion. I haven't found any elastic bands that don't pull.
I only use elastics if I'm making a bun, because I haven't mastered buns with no tie at my head.

I have a couple that I use once in a while... but they're not my favorite. And I do have some horrid memories of matching scrunchies/outfits from the early 90s.

Scrunchies are pure delicious CHEESE
and I haven't associated myself with them since watching my friend's mother make matching outfit scrunchies when I was 8.

I don't mind scrunchies at all. I only have one at the moment (it's bright pink, which isn't really my thing), but I love to use it to secure my bedtime hairstyles. I like how soft they are and how they don't tangle my hair like some kinds of hair ties do. I don't wear them out in public unless they suit the image of the outfit I'm wearing.

Well geez. I can't believe how many people here said they won't wear one in public, like it's a visible pantyline or something. No offense to those that think that way, I'm just a bit surprised after reading the thread.

I guess I've been horridly out of touch for years. I wear one all the time and either have it stuck in my purse, my backpack or my pants pocket.

I don't know how I feel about scrunchies, I guess I don't feel either way about them. I haven't worn them since high school. I kept losing them, it's just cheaper to use the small elastics.
