I rub Monistat on my wet head when I get out of the shower; the night before the migraine I was overzealous with the application.
I have an acne-prone scalp and haven't noticed any difference after Monistat, in fact, there might actually be a decrease in scalp zits.
Hair is definitely thicker. It "feels" long to me and I've probably put on 2-3 inches since July. Will keep using to counteract meds.

i'm alive , no migines , no head ache just a warm well prolonged massage feel- actually rather nice. had to wash it out after as it looked greasy so i'm now trying damp hair application and see how it drys out and if i can get away with leaving it. must see it i can get Monistat to the uk as it doesn't have petroleum which i believe is giving me the annoyance.....

I have virtually no shed, no headaches, nothing and my scalp psorosis has compleatly cleared up!

I use it on my wet hair 3 times a week. I have also been CO washing for the past week.

i am so pleased i cannot begin to tell you how much, I am going to stick with this, Winter is my growth period as a rule but as a norm I get 1/2" to 3/4" a month during winter and a flys fart of a growth during the rest of the year!

I tried monistat today and left it on for about 2 hours and then washed my hair. I used it without diluting it and had no headaches or any bad side effects so far. I have a few questions.

Is it ok to use it on a dry scalp in the morning or should my scalp be wet?

How much time is required to see results? I am going to use it 3 times a week but I am wondering if there is a specific time like does it have to be on my scalp longer than 2 hours each time for results or will 2 hours be enough time? I am asking because I don't want to wear it out anywhere during the day. I would rather use it and wash it out before I go anywhere.
    Thanks

I'm really wanting to try this, but I'm slightly worried about possible long term effects. Has anyone spoken to a doctor about this? How long have you been doing it for? Or could give an explanation from a medical point of view? Or has this "trick" been published, e.g. in a magazine or newspaper?

Thanks if you can help. There's some amazing growth going on in here, btw =D

Do you know if it will work if I only leave it on for a few hours a day and then wash it out? I don't want to sleep with it on either. I can't sleep if something, including oil, is stuck to my scalp overnight.
