Thanks! This is like a home I never had! People like ya'll give me the courage to do my hair however I want. Having had a fairly traditional upbringing (Catholic school K-9, etc), a boy doing his hair like a girl was utterly taboo. Just today I finally had the guts to do a pony around family. My uncle thought it was weird since I'm sort of the "guy" guy in the family, but my aunts thought it was great.

    Welcome stuntman!

It's not uncommon for young men not to be allowed to grow long hair by their families. I would value your aunts' opinions more than your uncle's.

I think it's quite fitting for a "guy" guy to have warrior hair.

    Welcome!

For sure, Ed, but knowing other guys are out there are doing the same is equally valuable

"Warrior hair" huh? Never thought of it that way, since modern references to warriors have em sporting frat boy haircuts. Were there any ponies in "300"?

Samson, a warrior from the Bible drew his power from his long hair.

I love, love men with long hair. Having spent several years in the military, its nice to see something different.

I think of "warriors" as having long hair. "Soldiers" have the short cut. I think the guys in "300" were more soldiers than warriors :-)
