    A banana, an apple, three walnut halves, lacinato kale, tomato soup, oyster mushrooms, cucumber, a carrot and grapes. The rest wasn't very nutritious.

    Today I've had whole grain cereal called, "Cherrios," and for lunch I had peanut butter and jelly sandwich with dorito chips.

    An apple with natural Peanut Butter (my go to breakfast) and a cup of coffee!

    I've had my B-12 and MSM vitamins, three pink lady apples (I read somewhere they help with hair growth and they're delicious/healthy so I'm not complaining) and now for dinner I have a Tesco finest king prawn spaghetti ready meal for protein. The three single serving tiramisus on the other hand...

    Long-Term: Grow to knee; maintain until I have an even hemline + virgin hair before continuing to grow.

    I had peanut butter on 3 slices of raisin bread for breakfast, for lunch I had a subway tuna sandwich with mayo, veggie chips, and a drink. For dinner I had some more peanut butter. I had 1 sandwich an a half of peanut butter, and a cherry coke zero drink.
