I'm sorry to post and run dajanchen! I got two dymondwood spiral sticksI asked about a banksia but he wasn't able to make one, the weather was not cooperating. So that one is on hold until it cools down again.
Of course I have pictures!
Dymondwood spiral in "Flamingo"
Dymondwood spiral in "Sailors Delight":
Both sticks at once :-)
They are awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I could easily have about 50 more of these ... a few forks and sticks as well![]()

Anyone knows if there is an amazing mossy green dymondwood or so??? Or a colour which would suit me? I prefer warm colours.Suggestions?

Thank you pepperminttea, Neoma and dajanchen!!! Yes, my bank account kind of hates me right now as well
dajanchen I can't think of a dymondwood in the mossy green you like, but I would ask Mark if he had a piece of wood matching the colors you want. Dymondwood varies a lot between batches sometimes. The warmer colors that come to mind are hazelnut, tortoise, crimson ironwood, autumn camo, desert camo, agatewood, possibly magnum and dakota.
I really like agatewood, magnum and dakota myself![]()
Could someone PM me his e-mail address I would love to get some custom work done from him. Thanks!
On my way to hip length

Might someone be able to PM me his email address too? I've seen so many lovely pieces of his work, and would love a custom![]()

Taking a general break from the boards in 2012, but will be working on my blog......
These are on their way to me. The sticks on the left are based on the design of wendyg's fork (I just love that kaleidoscope acrylic!), and the other two pairs are designed after a pair Mark made for me earlier. They're all nice and chunky, just the way I like 'em! Sorry the pics are big, but it's hard to see patterns if they're not.
This is the first pair in that squared design. Excuse my messy bun and the pic quality--I'd been out in the wind, and my son took the picture and wasn't about to stick around to improve anything, lol. I'm not sure where the tip of the one stick disappeared to! When I got the sticks, I thought, "Uh oh, these are too big!" but they're perfect and I just love them.
And here are the red sticks by themselves. The color IRL is a brighter red, but you can see the design. The new sticks are slightly thinner because the rods Mark had to work with weren't as thick.
