    Porridge made with milk. Huge portion of whole wheat and egg noodles with chicken breast, red cabbage, radishes, cherry tomatoes, vegetable fried rice(peas, sweet corn, green beans, broccoli)lots of olive oil on things. Turkey burgers. Slices of salami

    Almonds, banana, cucumber, green peas, avocado, falafels and some good 72% dark chocolate.... Couldn't resist as usual

    Homegrown: Lettuce, spring onions, strawberries and oregano.

    Also: Chicken, avocado, oranges, mangoes, cornflakes, yoghurt and milk.

    Omelette for breakfast, quinoa, falafel burger patty and broccolini for lunch, leftover Chinese for dinner and strawberries for dessert!

    On the menu today: coconut water, goat cheese salad with walnuts & avocado, some fruit and Thai veggie spring rolls.

    Oily fish, fruit&yoghurt smoothie (home made, no crappy sugars added) salad. We'll see what dinner brings but I see some form of veggie strirfry on the horizon

    Today I will be having : Banana, protein powder, and milk smoothie (vitamins). Avocado. Chicken and vegetable wrap. Salad. Whole wheat pasta. Banana.

    Tuna sandwich(wholemeal bread) Two egg omelette made with garlic and onions. Lamb doner kebab spinach and potatoes. Haribo sweets ;p
