At best, you are flushing money through your system without any reason, but at worst, over-supplementation can cause adverse health effects.

The best place to start is to visit your GP, have a blood panel tests done and have your doctor tell you what you are deficient in and how to fix it.

Thank you for your response! I don't want to take only supplements, but only on days when I know I didn't eat enough. I already made small diet plan and the biggest struggle for me is to eat more, because I'm always in a hurry.. but I already ate better yesterday and today
