Since it's thin it's also good as the first conditioner in CWC. I wet my hair and apply kiwi lime V05 from the ears down. Without rinsing, I shampoo the roots, then rinse. Then I apply a thicker conditioner while I go about my showerly duties. I agree with Xcaliburgirl that it's a little too thin for a final conditioner.

I tried CO for three weeks with V05 sun kissed raspberry, strawberries and creme, and some passion smoothie one. They were good smelling and my length looked nice, my scalp a little flat and would get dirty quickly, and I got a lot of shedding with them, it may be because my hair doesn't like CO? And so I stopped and went back to shampoo and a different condish. But I may try them for a pre shampooing treatment. They smell amazing and the cheap price is nice for a college student!

I would most definitely recommend VO5, but mainly for CO washing. It seems many like that kiwi one for CO, but it doesn't work for me. My favorite is the blackberry tea one, but I haven't been able to find it for about a month. Does anyone know if some of the scents are being discontinued?
