I'm in Iowa for work. Heading back to Colorado tonight. I asked wifey to send me a pic of her hair today but nothing yet. We're going to see how it looks curled.

The streaks I've put in are very, auburn and oddly enough have received a lot of compliments. I'm bleaching again on Fri or Sat and will dye my blue and teal over that, as long as the streaks are goldish before bleaching the colours should work well enough. I'd post a pic of the bangs, which are done but I can't find the adapter for my micro sd card. Oiy.

I did not realize you were from Colorado too! You are also closer to my neck of the woods. I am up northwest-ish.

They are remarkably adept at disappearing. I'll say this much, my hairs texture, hasn't worsened at all. There's no doubt that bleaching is damaging but my hair doesn't seem to care.

I went up to Seeshamis yesterday, but the dye wasn't there yet (she ordered it off Amazon), however it showed up at about 1:30 and I had to leave in less than an hour. So she tested a strip on her ombre for like 25 minutes I think and it turned a pretty pinky purple. But our joint hair purple-ing adventures didn't happen together. I went home and she did her ombre. It is DARK! And she warned me to leave it in for the 30 minutes it says on the bottle unless I wanted black looking hair for a couple washes until it toned to more purple.
I've got house work to do today, so I'm planning on doing that and taking a shower and washing my hair, per the instructions...and then doing it this evening or tomorrow. I'm cutting in conditioner because I just know 8 oz isn't covering my whole head!! And I'm also wondering on getting hubbys help and doing it outside on the patio maybe if it's not too cold/windy, because I don't want to get purple everywhere again inside. haha.
I may do a little test patch on a chunk of hair today to test timing and the conditioner mix, so if I do that and get an idea of what's coming I'll be back with a pic!

    ETA - Pics!

So, I need to go rinse again because even though I had pretty much totally clear water when I was done rinsing....I missed some dye I guess because I've got the crispies here and there and that wax feeling a bit. So I'm going to hop back in the shower in a bit and rinse and use some conditioner. But here's a right this moment pic!

    This looks great.

Thank you that has been the henna project of a few years now. The temporary dye was easier to fix I just washed it

That's the henna probably. You can see some of it peaking

That blond you see is fake. Not my real blond. In the sun they are almost the same but in all other light my real blond ish ashed
