Janey ~ You do realize that once they 'delete/close' your account, you cannot reopen it?
1 account for life is the LHC rule as I understand it.
So maybe just take a leave....even if it is a long time.... just in case you ever want to come back?!

IMHO...any request for a member to leave does NOT count if it is not a MOD....just sayin'
