I am Christian. This said, if you post to me in an effort to make a micro-aggression against my faith, values, freedoms, or against my religion; refrain. I do not tell others what to do and expect the same respect in return both on LHC and IRL. Thank you.

I consider where I’m at now a major milestone. Tailbone length is the longest I’ve ever had my hair and that’s 39”. I’ve maintained this length many times in my life but it’s exciting realizing that I’m going to have the longest hair I’ve ever had in my sixties. Since I’ve been here I started at Armpit Length and once I hit BSL, I coloured my hair brightly with henna so had to grow that out first. Now that it’s all natural I’m moving towards classic length or possibly longer. I’ll have to see how I feel about the length once I get there.

I need about 0,2 inches to be at 35. Oh, you're taller than me ( 5'3''). Will be funny to see our progresses in spring!

Congratulations on reaching your first major milestone Strands, what an accomplishment! Waist is my first major milestone too and hopefully I'll be there by Christmas. Happy growing to classic!

hennalonghair You are my hair inspiration! I'm in my mid-forties and classic length all natural hair is my final goal. I can't wait to see how far you grow!

Since I was about 14/15 I've been trying to grow out my hair past BSL. Sometimes I was more serious about it, sometimes less. It only took me 18 years to reach that goal ;-)
From there on it went pretty smoothly. Now my longest tips are grazing the hipbone and very often I look in the mirror and can't believe it.
