I've nevcer had luck with stereograms
I remember them being super popular when I was younger, but could never make out the hidden images...
I tried staring at it till things blur, tried slowing bringing it towards or away from your face, looking at a point past it instead,
HOURS were spent on every technique I could find, and they just don't work for me. Total bummer.
Anyone else have problems with them?

My dad had these self made magnifiers, like binoculars but for looking at fossils. I think it was good training as you had to refocus your eyes to make sense of it...
Yes, tricking your brain to merge the standard twin diagrams angularly displaced from one another to "see" 3D molecular structure was a necessary skill in my former field (protein crystallography). It took me a long time to learn how to do it (without aide).

While the print on my textile doesn't appear double in any way to my naked eyes there MUST be two images to see with the glasses. I'm thinking 3D effect arises from some kind of invisible printing using polarization which the glasses enable you to see but I don't really know. However it works, being very striking, it's a cool effect but glasses are definitely required.

Indeed. The other day I scared a kid with the combo of helmet, glasses and mask

    My summer outfit
I just got this hat, but I already love it so, so much. We've had our first hot days and I love that I can use it without having to redo my bun (like with a baseball cap). It's more of a visor really, but my hair doesn't have a parting when I wear it like this, so my scalp should be okay.

Fabulous - and so cute with your bun. We haven’t had any warm days yet so I’m quite envious!

You're ready for the sunshine! Your new hat looks very nice on you and it's great that it doesn't tousle your hair.

Thanks bokeh and baanoo It was a very sudden, very hot three day intermezzo from an otherwise cold spring.
