Default Hello! Longtime lurker looking to introduce myself :)

Hi everyone, you can call me Wyld! I've lurked LHC for years, and finally feel that I am ready to join the community. I love to keep my hair care natural and simple. I practice benign neglect, but I'm not afraid to wear my hair down occasionally if I want to!

    Some facts about my hair!
    - Hip Length
    - U Hemline
    - F/M and ii(?)
    - Long layers and collarbone length face framing layers
    - Medium brunette with natural blonde highlights
    - Now that it's long, it acts more like 1b, but when it's shorter it's quite wavy!
    - I gave it a ton of mechanical damage last holiday season when I tried to do a 1940s brush-out on it I didn't realize how fine my strands are, and it still hasn't fully recovered! If you have any tips for getting it back to its healthiest, I would appreciate it endlessly! I haven't done much besides just s&ding it occasionally.

    Cheers!

Hello, and welcome! Sorry to hear that you've suffered damage. Hopefully if you keep babying it and applying some good treatment masks it'll recover in full.

Thank you! Fortunately, I don't believe it's actually as bad as I sometimes fear it is. Just hard to adjust when it had pretty close to zero damage before! Some good treatment masks certainly wouldn't hurt haha.
