Long time Lurker... Looking to gain back my ringlets

Hi!
I am new here. I have been on a bit of a long hair journey with not much results until lately.
Growing up I had stick straight blonde hair and a braid long enough to sit on as a child. Then hormones started to do their thing and bam! I had curly hair and the blonde began to grow out to a darker reddish brown then fade all together into a mousy dirty blonde in high school.
I have done a lot of chops to my hair over the years but my goal is to regrow it to the length of where it was so long ago. (Mid backish or longer)
Fast forward years later to too much bleach and hard water and scalp issues. My hair was simply stuck for years at shoulder length and the curl was not coming back. Then I started on a new journey of length retention and trying to embrace my dirty blonde hair which now had white in it.
I was also in need of a surgery because of lady issues which was not helping my hormones.
Fast forward my hair seemed to grow a bit better after my surgery. Then a year after that I discovered freshmilled flour for baking (full of vitamin E) and changed my shower to a filtered head and bam! My hair's curl has come back and my scalp issues are pretty much gone.
So long story long.. I am happy to be here! My hair has reached brastrap length for the first time in years all thanks to a lot of digging through these forums.
I hope to reach my goal of waist length by the end of this year or so.
