Ah I was wondering what both things were for a long time and I'm so glad someone asked!!! (i'm too shy!) Hmm I'm wondering if there's another thread that will explain some of the abbreviations though :/ I've found a few listed on the 'NEW? START HERE!' thread but there's a LOT of abbreviations that are not included....
