    WARNING: You probably really DON'T WANT to let muds dry in your hair! They can be AWFUL to remove.

    how often do you guys wash your hair? when I used regular sulfate shampoo I washed every 6-7 days with one or two COwashes in between. But now that I switched to indian herbs my hair can't go that long, which doesn't bother me at all since indian herbs are more beneficial that damaging unlike drugstore shampoos, which is why I tried to wash as little as possible with a sulfate shampoo. Besides, I am really having a good time playing around with the herbs figuring out what my hair likes the most. So, how often do you wash?
