    Default Hair Type Confusion

Hi guys! So here's the story:
The back and sides of my hair have always fomed tight-ish ringlets that I knew were 3c, and the crown area has always been thicker and formed something akin to tight waves rather than curls, so I assumed these were 4a. But now I'm hearing about all these 4a's with almost 90% shrinkage, whereas I only have 25-30%, even if my hair dries with no product.
So does that make me a 3c? Am I just an abnormal 4a? Are there any other 4a's with very little shrinkage?
Also, how do I post pics? I think photos are in order.

    Naturallycurly.com says the following:

Type 3c hair has voluminous, tight curls in corkscrews, approximately the circumference of a pencil or straw. The curls can be either kinky, or very tightly curled, with lots and lots of strands densely packed together. Getting this type of hair to blow dry straight is more challenging than for 3a or 3b, but it usually can be done. The very tight curls are usually fine in texture.

Type 4a is tightly coiled hair that has an "S" pattern. It has more moisture than 4b; it has a definite curl pattern. The circumference of the spirals is close to that of a crochet needle. The hair can be wiry or fine-textured. It is very fragile with lots of strands densely packed together. Type 4 hair has fewer cuticle layers than other hair types, which means it has less natural protection from damage.

What size are your spirals? Are they the size of a pencil/straw? Or are they smaller like a crochet hook?

My spirals are the size of/a little smaller than a pencil. Some sections of my hair look like an S pattern sometimes, but they often spiral right up with the rest. This indicates that I'm more 3c than 4a, right?

Yeah, it's not letting me download to albums. But I do believe now that I am a 3c after all. Thanks!
