I do it every week or so. This may sound weird to some but I save the hair from my hair brush into the foot of a pair of nude pany hose (I'm telling my age here) then once full, I tie the end and use it to make my updos appear fuller. No one has been the wiser as it matches my hair perfect since it is my hair. I learned of this trick when I was in the Mennonite Faith where a womans long hair is emphasized as her glory and saw a number of woman make their buns seem so much larger than they actually were. Anyone else heard of this?

Doesn't look like you're alone, no.I hardly ever use my brush, and my comb has wide teeth, so it wouldn't "keep" the hair even if I tried to let it. Plus I'm saving my sheds for a friend who wants more extensions for her drealocks.

Every time I use it. It's unpleasant for me to see shed hairs anywhere because it looks messy and unclean then.

I do it everytime that I use them. I probably don't end up with every single hair out of BBB but I get most of them. I am also one of those nitpicky perfectionist sort of personalities so there is no way I am going a week before getting hair out of my brushes.

It astounds me that there are people who don't do it every time.
I also see shed hair as a waste product, would never save it.

I kind of get grossed out if I have to pull a hair ball out of my hairbrushes so I clean mine after I am done brushing.

Every time I use it. At the length my hair is now, even a few strands clog a brush up more than I like.

Can't stand to brush with a hairy brush/comb. I also cringe if someone is using a hair-tie with broken off hairs wrapped around it, ick!

After every use. I like to take my TT with me in my bag so I don't want it full of hair! (I very rarely use it when I take it out in my bag, but I like to be overly prepared!)
