I'd love to try and help you out. You are on the right track! There are a few adjustments that will make everything start working.

Now if you use Flickr a lot, this will make it a lot easier for you. You probably got your photo from Flickr by clicking on the "More ways to share" button on your picture and the code you posted is what came up.

Right under that code, underneath the drop-down menu where you can pic the size of the photo, are two small options: HTML and BBCode. When you click on the HTML option (that is always the first thing clicked when you try to share) you get the code you posted, but when you click the BBCode option instead, it changes the code to something that will work on the forum:
