I'm here for easy mode 3 months will get me back to where I was before I rebuzzed so there isn't any point with length checks I'm also trying to wear beanies or hats 24/7 so I don't even look at it if I can't see the texture or color I don't like maybe I can actually get out of this pixie rebuzz loop I've been stuck on for 4 years z

I'm planning to check in a month, but after that I'll join on easy mode. I'd like to do every 6 months, but until I hit WL proper I think waiting that long would drive me up the wall

I have spend some moths whitout measuring, because I decided to trim my ends about 3/4 cm. I am just letting it grow.

This seems perfect for me right now. I think I'm going to aim for 6 months.

After cutting back in April for thin, damaged ends, I've been overly obsessed with repairing and regrowing my hair to what it was. It needs ANOTHER trim to get off the grand majority of the damage, but I promised myself not to cut it until December, when it's grown back.

I need to stop checking my length and thickness! Trying to wear my hair up more too! AND, I archived all of my recent length check photos in Google photos so they're harder to access and obsess over.

Joining. Straightened tdy expecting a big reveal but length looks about the same as it did in Nov meaning 1) end breakage or 2) shorter length hair is catching up with longer hair. Also, I purposely did not take pics in Nov to prevent countless length comparisons and to focus instead on a healthy head of hair, so maybe I'm misremembering. In any event, my goal is to length check no sooner than Dec and again in May. This means not even checking while detangling in the shower. This will take grit.

I've taken to detangling and styling my hair at a bit of an angle while wet precisely to prevent myself from checking obsessively.

I'm in! I only check every 6 months. Since I don't see that there is a need to keep checking every month. Because, if you don't see any progress you get discouraged.
