Posting, but still have 0 posts

Hi, I'm posting, but it still says that I have 0 posts. Does it have to be posts in specific forums in order for the posts to count?

Sorry if this was mentioned somewhere and I missed it, I'm still getting the hang of things in here.

Sorry, I managed to miss the 0 in the title.

And I see that I now have a post, but I have posted more than that.

Zeelin, posts in certain forums don´t gain you credit. The "New, start here" forum, for instance, or the "Games&Quizzes" forum.

Also, please note that permissions [such as being able to view stuff when you hit 25 posts] is also subject to moderator approval, and also isn't always instant.
