Server time out, Server not responding ---Totally locked out as of a couple days ago!

I managed to post this with a proxy server, quite easy to do. I hope I don't keep having to use these?

I gather my range of IPs is blocked, for some reason, which should be easy enough to fix, right?

Is anyone else having the same issue?

I keep seeing everyone post as normal. What is going on.

This is what the error may look like on different browsers (thank you to the member who tried all the browsers and reported this! Please keep us updated on what you experience and what works!)
Chrome says, " This site can't be reached. forums.longhaircommunity.com took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT."

Safari says,

"Safari Can't Open the Page

Safari can't open the page "https://forums.longhaircommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=14"

because the server where the page is located isn't responding."

Sometimes Safari says,

"Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding."

Same here! I can post using mobile data but on wifi the page just tries to load forever. I’m getting the triangle exclamation mark before the website address, so my theory is it’s some sort of security certificate thing? Hopefully someone more tech-y can weigh in!

It is a nice theory and the first thing I checked. None of your 3000+ IP numbers are on our IP ban list.

Oh with the proxy I got the exclamation thing too, I clicked on until I could surpass it (no issue). It's either that or no access.

My guess is somehow my range of IPs is marked as "dangerous", or "spambot" material; some such. But it's just a normal range with no issues.

It's a mystery to me by now. I have been mailing the mod team back & forth (thank you for answering my Q's you guys). And they just mentioned (hope it's OK to mention here) that they checked my IP range against banned addresses and... nope, that ain't it. So I guess I'm having to keep going through the proxy server.

You guys want the address? It's a free one.
Just PM me and I'll do that; maybe not a good idea to just put it here. IDK. (ETA/ Is this part open to the WWW?)

OK this proxy... bad stuff again, and can't get through, now all proxies in the US are bust. Guess what I used? A proxy in Ukraine. Got through. Something is up here, and I don't know what it is.

ETA/ Man who'd a thunk I'd have to go political on this server.

And now that's no longer working. I am nicely shutting up now on what *is* working. By now I feel like... what happened to good old-fashioned bans. I seem to be the only one, or well virtually. This is too weird, no? And site gaugers are telling me the site is up, it's up for just about everyone but me. I choose a proxy, I get through, I say where it's located, it stops working. I choose politically. I talk about it. It stops working. Anyone get the feeling this is deliberate, because I sure feel that way by now.
