Just wanted to give an update; I went to my GP and did some tests, according to him, it turned out I had Telogen Effluvium caused by hyperthyroidism and stress. I was prescribed some medicine but I have to get rid of the stressor as well.

Good that you’ve now found out the cause. Good luck reducing stress! Ashwagandha helped me immensely when I was plagued by excess stress.
