Okay I'm not really a newbie, but i have a very noobish question that just doesn't fit into the Mane F:

What's TLC?
People sometimes just use it in the forum, and everyone (else) seems to understand, and i couldn't find it in the abbreviations article or anywhere... thanks for the answer.

As far as I know (unless there's some specialised, hair-related meaning) it just means Tender Loving Care.
