    Default newbie here :D

Hey all! i've been snooping around here for a week and i've finally decided to join

Anyway, let's see. My hair is currently:

and for that I blame a temporary lapse in judgement and a short lived obsession with 'scene' culture the only good thing is that it's insanely thick and grows pretty quickly

I'm now growing it out and i've sworn off my beloved flat iron and I'm using amla oil every day and planning on taking biotin tablets too. hoping to get it to waist length before december 2009

Hi! Welcome. Your hair looks a lot like mine. Will be watching for when you post types and all. Our goals sound similar, too. I am hoping for waist in about two years. I am at 20 inches and have 10 inches to reach waist (I am really short!) and am growing out some layers, too, so I have the occasional trim. I am also debating growing out my color and letting gray come in. I am sure you don't have to deal with that! LOL.
Anyway, welcome and good luck. This is a friendly place.
