That's just henna, I add some clove/allspice for smell and conditioner to thin/smooth it out, but beyond that, nothing special.
HCH: that's sooooo pretty. Is that straight henna or some sort of mixture?

Starting on left is my natural color, second is my first henna (wow that's almost neon orange!), third is my current color, fourth is a few months ago in sunlight.

I make the henna with water and spices (I make it a bit thin) and let the dye release. If I'm going to use it then I add in the conditioner until it's smooth and almost a bit dilute. If I'm not going to use it I freeze it and add the conditioner once its thawed.
It's always dyed perfectly well and it makes it last longer. I've had no problem refreezing henna with conditioner.
