How often Do You Trim?

Just curious. How often do you trim and also, how much do you trim or have trimmed each time? Thanks.

Whenever I get annoyed with my hair. Regardless of whether it actually needs it or not.

Normally twice a year is good enough for me, but after I hit waist, it's quite uneven (longer in the left side). In february it's time for a trim (six months since the last time), but im gonna trim earlier this time. In january, I will trim back to waist, do a length shot, and then start gaining length again. I can't wait.

I put other as I trim my bangs/fringe as needed. My length gets trimmed maybe once a year.

I trim my bangs quite often. My ends are trimmed maybe every 3-6 months? Whenever I see ends looking frayed, I ask DH to trim.

Once a year when it's long. Twice when it was shorter. Last time was in March.

I voted once a year, although I wouldn't exactly call it a trim, as I usually cut about 5 or 6 inches all at once (^(oo)^)v

I am not a big trimmer. I usually trim because someone has recommended it to me. But I don't like trimming at all. It seems pointless unless it is horribly damaged.

When I first started growing my hair, I went 1yr 10 months without a trim. Since then, I have had a professional trim every 6 months, but less than a 1/4 inch each time.
