How often Do You Trim?

this year I went for a trim twice. That was enough.

I actually feel like I need one but i am not really "into" getting them. I kind of forgot about them to tell you the truth, I had short hair for a long time and didn't think about it. I haven't gotten a trim since I decided to grow my hair out about one year and 3 months ago. Yikes, I am sure I won't make it in until after the holidays.

Now I trim about 1/2" every two to three months to slowly get rid of some damage. I am not up for chopping it all off at once, so I go step by step

In reality I don't want to trim at all, but I did a trim in august, of about a cm I think. Now my fingers are starting to itch a little bit since I'm imagining my ends are starting to look off, but I WON'T trim it. Nononononono. At least not until it's been growing for six months or something. And then I'll only trim a cm.

I selected whenever needed, because I trim my bangs frequently but only dust the rest of my hair.

For me it seems like 2-3 times per year of about 1/2 inch, although this year for some reason, I trimmed more like 7 inches... but I would really love to be able to stretch that to once a year.

Few times a year, four, to be accurate. Every 3 months, at the beginning of the new season. 1-2 centimeters, which means less than an inch.

I voted very infrequently/never. Take me to the finish line fairytale ends! Though I do trim my fringe on a regular basis.

I used to only trim every few months, but now I'm gravitating to micro-trimming every other month to improve my hemline. I also S&D very frequently, whenever I have nothing else to do and have good lighting.

I've been trimming every few months since I reached my goal. I was waiting longer periods of time when I was growing it out.
