Thread: Male with waist length hair

    Default Male with waist length hair

    Hi. I've been lurking this site for quite a while and decided to finally join it.

    I keep hearing so many times how girls claim "a guy looks good with long hair only if it suits him"

    Well I suppose right now I'd like to know if it suits me?

    I've dabbled with the idea of growing my hair to classic length, but if it's a bad look for me at this point, no use trying.

    Here is a pic of how I usually wear it:

    And here it is loose,

    Welcome to LHC! I'd say it suits you well. I like how it looks both up and down. Do you ever try any braids?

    I agree that it looks quite nice. It seems to be in very good condition from your photos.

    I agree with the other commenters; I personally prefer the picture where it's up, but your hair looks good both ways, especially with the rugged man-beard.

    I think it does suit you! And I think you would look good with braids!

    Yes it suits you.
    The only thing I'd advise is a small trim if it's been a long while since you've had one. It's hard to tell from the pictures.

    I recognize you - you post as ATP on MLHH. There are quite a few MLHH members and former members here. Welcome to LHC!

    Thank you all so far.

    @amarante
    I am inept at making braids. I tried to before and failed. I will try to give it another shot.

    I would really like to have a dredlock look, but without the dreadlocks, lol. I guess a bunch of braids framing my face.

    @thecandiedmango
    I wear that style ALL THE TIME. It's really out of practicality. It makes me question why I bother having long hair at times, for that very reason. But I prefer the bun over the long ponytail because it conceals length and thus, diminishes negative reactions :/
