    Yes, that was a big part of my motivation for joining as well. You'll find that LHC is a great group of people.

    Thank you all so far.

    @amarante
    I am inept at making braids. I tried to before and failed. I will try to give it another shot.

    I would really like to have a dredlock look, but without the dreadlocks, lol. I guess a bunch of braids framing my face.

    I wear that style ALL THE TIME. It's really out of practicality. It makes me question why I bother having long hair at times, for that very reason. But I prefer the bun over the long ponytail because it conceals length and thus, diminishes negative reactions :/

    You could try doing just a simple plait, I think it's called a english braid? It's really easy to learn. Also, your hair is so healthy, i'm totally jealous

    How can I control my life when I can't control my hair?

    Welcome! I think your hair is awesome! I love that bun on you. There are several threads around about styles on men. There was one somewhere with a guy in a suit that had a french braid. It looked amazing. Im sure you will find some informative and interesting things here. I have!

    I swear you are a dark haired version of my fiance. It definitely suits you. I say go for classic if you want, as it can always be trimmed. I suck at braids too, but it's a matter of practice (or teaching a friend to help ). I must say, you are a very handsome man, especially with that long hair.
    Just as a matter of curiosity, how long have you been growing?
